Who we are

Media Flowing (also operating as Muse Management) is a remote team that hires chatters, schedulers and other remote staff, and manages content for the creators we work with. This policy explains what we collect on this site and in our internal tools, and what we do with it.

When you apply for a role

• What you type in the application form: your name, email, country, age, availability, experience and your answers.
• What you do in the next steps: assessment answers and scores, training progress, practice chats, trial-week details and booked calls.
• We use this only to review your application, contact you about it by email or Telegram, and run the hiring process.
• Applications are scored with the help of an AI model; a person makes the final decision.

Google account data (Google Drive)

• Our internal dashboard can connect to one Google account that belongs to our team, with Google Drive access.
• We use that access only to create folders and upload the photos and videos our creators deliver through our dashboard into our own team folders. We do not read, change or delete other files.
• We store only the access token needed to keep that connection and the account's email address. Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or to train AI models.
• The connection can be removed at any time from the dashboard or from the Google account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
• Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else sees it

• Only our hiring and management team.
• Service providers that run parts of the process for us: email delivery, hosting, AI scoring and Google (Calendar for calls, Drive for content). They process the data only to provide that service.
• We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept while your application is open and for up to 12 months after, so we can handle re-applications. Hired team members' data is kept while they work with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by replying to any email we sent you.
